Fort Worth Police Settle Use of Force Case

The Fort Worth City Council has approved a $150,000 settlement to resolve a lawsuit stemming from the actions of former police officer Mitchell Miller, who pushed a handcuffed man face-first onto a concrete floor during a 2022 arrest. The victim, Tawayne Holloway, lost consciousness and required hospitalization.
