Ryan Adam Legg was booked into the Bexar County Jail on March 21, 2022. The custodial death report (CDR) filed by the Sheriff of Bexar County indicates that Mr. Legg was in a multiple occupancy cell. It was there that a deputy observed the inmate at the back of the cell with a sheet tied around his neck. Mr. Legg died of suicide on March 24, 2022.

Julius Ronnie Price

On December 10, 2020, Julius Ronnie Price was booked into Bexar County Jail in San Antonio, Texas. The custodial death report prepared about Mr. Price indicates that on July 17, 2021, he complained about an inability to use the restroom or move. He was also experiencing pain. Jailers moved him to the medical Infirmary, and he was later transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital. In spite of efforts to save Mr. Price, he was pronounced dead on July 17, 2021.  The CDR indicates that the probable cause of death involved complications of synthetic cannabinoid use. Tragically, he was only 26 years old.
