Kenneth Ray Perry, age 65, was booked into Tarrant County Jail at 8:28 PM on September 27, 2022. He was found nonresponsive in his cell on his second morning there and about a half hour later, at 6:25 AM on September 29, he was pronounced deceased by a medic. His cause of death is unknown and pending the results of an autopsy. The address of Tarrant County Jail is 100 N. Lamar St. in Fort Worth, TX 76196.

Trelynn Dmaun Wormley Dies in the Custody of Tarrant County Jail

Trelynn Dmaun Wormley was booked into Tarrant County Jail in Fort Worth, Texas, on January 25, 2022, about two weeks after his 23rd birthday, which, tragically, was his last. He was pronounced deceased on July 20, 2022, and his cause of death is unknown, according to the custodial death report (CDR) about Mr. Wormley. At 2:52 PM on the day of his death, detention officers were informed by inmates that Mr. Wormley seemed to be having trouble breathing, and they called for an Inmate Medical Emergency Code. The Code was changed to a Dr. Heart aka Cardiac Emergency at 2:53 PM.

Medical staff assigned to the jail from John Peter Smith Hospital (JPSH) responded to the incident along with Medstar Ambulance Service and the Fort Worth Fire Department. Medstar transported Wormley by ambulance to JPSH. At 3:55 PM on July 20, 2022, Dr. Chabanon Hicks pronounced Wormley deceased.
