Gabriel Rivera Dies After Being Held in the Cameron County, Texas Jail

The Texas Rangers are investigating the death of Gabriel Rivera of Harlingen. Mr. Rivera was taken from the Cameron County, Texas jail to a local hospital on Tuesday morning. Mr. Rivera was then pronounced deceased. An autopsy will likely be conducted. We will post additional information regarding Mr. Rivera’s death once we learn of it.
