Matthew Tyler Fox Dies in Custody in Val Verde County, Texas Jail

Texas Rangers have been called to the Val Verde, Texas County jail to investigate the death of a prisoner. Matthew Tyler Fox, who was only 35 years of age at the time of his death, was apparently found deceased in his cell. We will post additional information once we learn it. We make no allegation of any wrongdoing in this post against anyone, and we do not claim to have personal knowledge of what occurred.
