Update: Man Dies of Apparent Dehydration in Galveston After Being in Jail

We have learned the name of the man who unfortunately passed away recently, apparently from dehydration, after being housed in the Galveston County, Texas jail. Ronald Cotton, Jr. passed away early Thursday morning at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Mr. Cotton apparently lived in La Marque. We will post more information as we learn about it.
