8 Serious Texas Forklift-Related Accidents Occur in One Month

A total of 8 forklift-related or pallet-related accidents are among the serious injuries reported for Texas for the month of December 2021. Three of those forklift or pallet injuries occurred in Walmart locations. Like Amazon, Lowe’s, and Home Depot, Walmart is not likely a Texas workers’ compensation participant. Each of these big box stores is a place where forklifts and pallet jacks are commonly used. The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) provides safety guidelines to help protect workers from associated dangers. OSHA also reports all serious injuries that occur in the U.S., releasing details monthly.
