OSHA Cites Igloo Products Corporation for Safety Violations in Houston, Texas Area
OSHA cited Houston-based Igloo Products Corp. fourteen alleged serious, two alleged repeat, and four alleged other-than-serious violations. OSHA alleges that Igloo exposed workers to multiple safety hazards, and there are $135,500.00 in proposed penalties. OSHA alleges that Igloo exposed its workers to the possible release of electrical energy, which could result in electrocution. The investigation began in OSHA’s Houston North Area Office.
