Worker Dies at Steel Plant Explosion in Vinton, Texas

Apolino Arras of Anthony, Texas died early yesterday as a result of an explosion at the ArcelorMittal steel plant in Vinton, Texas.  The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) and El Paso County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating the explosion’s cause.  Mr. Arras was fifty-seven years old.  Links to related stories –
