Kenneth Ray Perry Dies 15 Days After Another Tarrant County Jail Inmate
On September 27, 2022, at 8:28 PM, 65-year-old Kenneth Ray Perry was booked into Tarrant County Jail. He died about 32 hours later a 6:25 AM on September 29. His death came fifteen days after the aforementioned 72-year-old died.
During the intake process, it was noted that Mr. Perry appeared to be intoxicated on alcohol or drugs. Nothing else is revealed in the custodial death report (CDR) until the last section. In the summary of how the death occurred, it indicates that Mr. Perry was found unresponsive in his cell (61-A-48). A medical code was called immediately, followed by a Dr. Heart (cardiac emergency). A Med-Star Ambulance was called, and a medic pronounced Mr. Perry deceased.

A 56-year-old inmate at Tarrant County Jail had been incarcerated in Tarrant County Jail since September 6, 2022, when he died on November 8, 2022. The address of Tarrant County Jail where the man was housed is 1500 S. Main Street, Fort Wort, TX 76104. The autopsy revealed that he died of metastatic carcinoma of the liver, for which he received medical treatment at the jail. The CDR shows that he was restrained with leg shackles in the time leading up to the death or the events causing the death.
