A 23-Year-Old Tarrant County Jail Inmate Dies on 7/20/22-Pt.2
Twenty-three-year-old Trelynn Dmaun Wormley died in Tarrant County Jail on July 20, 2022. The address of the jail is 100 North Lamar Street in Fort Worth, TX 76196. His cause of death is currently unknown and pending an autopsy, according to the custodial death report (CDR). However, the report also indicates that the means of death was illness/natural causes.
Christopher Lee Beck Reportedly Died of Sepsis in Dewitt County, Texas
The following continues with the summary of the death of Christopher Lee Beck that occurred when he was incarcerated in Dewitt County Jail in Cuero, Texas. The information is in the Amended CDR about Mr. Beck, which was prepared by the Dewitt County Sheriff’s Department and filed with the Attorney General of Texas on February 24, 2021. Some of the reported details follow:
- A nurse responded to a call for a welfare check on Inmate Beck.
- A jailer was advised on the radio to move Beck to ED1.
- Beck was transported by wheelchair to ED1.
- Rehousing of Inmate Beck from B1B to ED1 was confirmed.
- ED1 can be monitored 24 hours per day via a camera inside the cell.
- Inmate Beck was checked face-to-face every 15 minutes.
- Beck was observed wheeling himself around in the cell.
- EMS was called for Inmate Beck on 9/30/19 at 11:30 PM.
- Inmate Beck was moved into an ambulance at about 11:48 PM.
- Inmate Beck arrived at Cuero Regional Hospital Emergency Room at approximately 12:04 AM.
- Inmate Beck was pronounced dead in the E.R. at about 12:24 AM on 10/1/19.
